The bottom line - Our business model is built around roadwork and NOT sitting in a showroom all day waiting for business.
Waiting for calls and going on the road once a month ( if that ) never made much sense to us. Traveling around our territory always allows us to give our customers more personalized attention and at the same time the opportunity to listen to what they are saying.
What is the most common gripe you may ask from both the Retailer / Store & Manufacturer?
"Why don't sales reps go on the road and come see me anymore?"
"Why can't I find any good sales reps in California?
How do we answer this challenge?
By doing the opposite of what seems to be the norm.
1-We don't waste time with a showroom.
2-We actually go on the road ( yes you did heard that right! )
3-We don't wait for the customer to come and see us, we go see them. ( again yes you did hear that right! )
4-We work the hell out of our territory ( California, Nevada & Arizona ).
